Joe Gunerman

Joe grew up in Philadelphia, attended Towson University, and went on to play professional golf for 7 years after school.  After returning from 4 seasons on the PGA Tour China, Joe was drawn to the real estate business and found a passion for helping young buyers receive a better real estate experience.  Joe is a fully licensed agent in Virginia and Washington DC, and is as invested in his clients’ real estate goals and experience as they are.  He loves social activities, plays men’s league Ice Hockey, is an avid golfer, and will never say no to happy hour.  A resident of Navy Yard, Joe and his fiancé love the hustle and bustle of the city while still having easy access to the beauties of Northern Virginia and Maryland.
