The Clarendon-Courthouse neighborhood is in our opinion the epicenter of Arlington, Virginia and our favorite place to go on the weekend. If you want to be surrounded by countless restaurants, bars, grocery stores, fitness studios and retail stores, this is the neighborhood for you. However, you are going to pay for it, as it is one of the most expensive places to live per sqft. Clarendon-Courthouse contains a mix of high rise condominiums, apartment complexes, townhomes and single family homes.
The neighborhood is home to two metro stops: Clarendon and Courthouse. There is an AMC located next to the Courthouse Metro and three small parks within the Clarendon-Courthouse neighborhood. For the many millennials that live in Arlington, it is the place to live.
